Hello there, today I'm gonna tell you guys some info about our product. The first post of this blog we already tell you guys about that our company have provide 2 type materials of grease trap. (For those who have't read yet, click here!)

All right, let's start our topic. Down below is that one catalog of our product. It's call GTA01F (Grease Trap 01 Fiber). Because of the catalog in Malay, so I'm gonna simply introduce in English for those can't understand it.

GTA01F flow rate is 15 GPM per minute, and is suitable for canteen or restaurant which serve 40-150 per day. Size of GTA01F is 24"(L) x 12"(W), 12"(H) and the size of pipe is 40mm. Maximum capacity of FOG trapped is 30 liter, and the maximum capacity GTA01F that can handle until overflow is 57 liter. Its made by material fiber glass that can handle heat for 300 degrees celsius (°C).
GTA01F is suitable for cafeteria, home kitchen, and restaurant.

Hello there. If you guys still remember, I have post a small introduce about grease trap before. Haven't read it yet? Click here! But after this post I see there is still many don't really know about grease trap. So today I'm gonna answer a few common question about grease trap to let more people know whats it really is and how important of having a grease trap.

Is That Grease Is A Problem?

Yes! Grease is a problem for plumping because it will collect and create blockage in pipes. This blockage will lead to damage not only pipes system, its also will cause damage on property, environment and etc.

What Is Grease Trap Design For?

Grease trap design for trapping all of the grease. A grease trap will catch FOG (fats, oils and grease) waste, allowing only waste water pass through the pipes. Once this waste water free of solid, it can be treated and released into the ground.

Grease Trap, also define as "a trap in a drain or waste pipe to prevent grease from passing into a sewer system."

Grease traps act like a retention chamber. They are plumping devices used to stop most FOG (fat, oil, and gases) and solids so that they do not enter into waste water disposal system, and the water component can pass through it. When FOG and solids are accumulate, they naturally flow up to the surface of water and get trap by the grease. For the grease trap cleaning to be efficient, it should be clean at regular intervals. The FOG waste should be collect by professional licensed waste contractors, and dump off at licensed facility. In other words, our company have offering at waste oil management in overall.

What Is Grease Trap

Grease Trap is a plumping device designed to intercept most greases and solids before they enter a wastewater disposal system. The waste water treatment area maybe a septic tank and drain field located behind the facility or the city waste water treatment facility located miles away.

They are boxes within the drain run that flows between the sinks in a kitchen sewer system. They only have kitchen waste water flowing trough them, and do not serve any other drainage system such as toilets. They can be made from many different materials, such as stainless steel and fiber. They range from 35 liter capacity to 45,000 liters and greater. They can be located above ground, below ground, inside the kitchen or outside the building.
